Privacy Notice
Last updated: 27 July 2026
This notice explains how QingCloud AI Technologies Limited, trading as QingCloud, handles personal data when you visit this website or write to us by email. It is prepared with regard to the Seychelles Data Protection Act 2023 and, for visitors and clients in the European Economic Area (EEA), it also sets out the rights provided by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The website is deliberately simple: a set of static pages describing what we do. You can read every page without creating an account, filling in a form or accepting a cookie.
Who is responsible for your data
The controller of the personal data described in this notice is QingCloud AI Technologies Limited (Registration No. 251761), a company whose registered office is at 103 Sham Peng Tong Plaza, Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles. On this website the company presents itself under its brand name, QingCloud.
Any question about this notice, or about personal data we may hold, can be addressed to [email protected].
What personal data we collect
The site itself collects nothing from you: it contains no registration, no contact forms, no comments and no newsletter, so no personal data can be submitted through its pages.
If you choose to email us, we receive whatever your message contains — typically your name, your email address and the details of your request. We ask you to include only what the request actually requires.
The infrastructure that serves this website may create short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, for security and reliability. We do not use such logs to identify individual visitors.
Why we use personal data and on what basis
We use the contents of correspondence to reply to you, to prepare and deliver the arrangements you ask for, and to keep the modest records a responsibly run business needs.
Where the Seychelles Data Protection Act 2023 or the GDPR applies, our lawful bases are: steps taken at your request before a contract is concluded; our legitimate interest in answering messages addressed to us and administering the company; and compliance with legal obligations where records must be retained.
Who may receive your data
We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to anyone for advertising or profiling.
Within the necessary limits, your details may be seen by the QingCloud team members handling your request; by the suppliers engaged to fulfil it — for example an aircraft operator, a hotel or a property adviser; and by the providers that operate our email and website hosting.
We may also disclose information where a law or competent authority requires it, or where disclosure is reasonably needed to establish or defend legal claims or to protect someone's safety.
International transfers
Because we arrange matters worldwide, correspondence may need to move between countries — for instance when a booking is made with a supplier abroad. We transfer only what the specific arrangement requires.
For data relating to clients in the EEA that leaves the EEA, we rely on recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, as implemented by the providers and partners involved.
How long we keep data
Email correspondence is retained while we deal with the request it concerns and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, after which it is deleted.
Where an ongoing client relationship exists, retention is governed by the terms of that engagement and by applicable law, in addition to this notice.
Your rights
Under the Seychelles Data Protection Act 2023 you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, request that inaccurate data be corrected, and ask for deletion where no overriding ground for keeping it exists.
If the GDPR applies to you, you additionally have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, and — where processing is based on consent — the right to withdraw that consent at any time.
To exercise any right, write to [email protected]; we answer within the period the applicable law prescribes.
How we protect data
Access to correspondence is limited to the people who need it to serve you. We use established, reputable providers and apply confidentiality practices proportionate to a private-client business.
No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure, but we select our tools and partners with the same care we apply to client work.
Cookies and analytics
This website is published as static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and contains no advertising, tracking pixels or embedded third-party widgets — which is also why no cookie banner appears.
If that ever changes, this notice will be revised first, and any non-essential technology would only be introduced on a proper lawful basis.
Questions and complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled personal data, please tell us first at [email protected] and we will do our best to resolve it.
You may also complain to the Seychelles Information Commission, which oversees the Data Protection Act 2023, and — if you are in the EEA — to the data protection supervisory authority of your country of residence or work.
